The nose is fruity and offers a slight richness / concentration. It reveals notes of crushed Boysenberry, cherry and strawberry combined with slight touches of cassis, licorice, slight hints of wood, a hint of Sichuan pepper as well as touch of spices and an imperceptible hint of violet. The palate is fruity, well-balanced and offers a nice mineral frame, a slight suavity, a small fat, gourmandise, elegance, a good definition, a good freshness as well as a very slight tension. On the palate this wine expresses notes of redcurrant, strawberry and slight notes of cassis associated with a hint of blackberry and subtle woody hints.
