The nose is fine, fruity and relatively gourmand, powerful and full. It reveals notes of blackberry, cassis jam and slight notes of red fruit combined with a hint of zan as well as a hint of oak. The palate is fruity, elegant, silky, relatively gourmand, relatively fat and offers a beautiful finesse, freshness, a nice harmony and a good structure. On the palate this wine expresses notes of blackberry jam, plum and slight notes of cassis associated with discreet hints of blueberry, red fruit and hints of licorice. Tannins are fine, firm and well-built. Good length and beautiful aromatic persistence.
