The nose is tightly woven and shows some freshness and a bit of reduction. There are notes of wild strawberry, pulpy wild blackcurrant and more lightly violet combined with fine touches of spice and a subtle hint of pepper. The palate is fresh, mineral and reveals juiciness, a fine crunch and a certain tension. On the palate this wine expresses fresh/juicy blackcurrant, crisp raspberry and slightly juicy/fresh redcurrant notes combined with fine hints of violet, lily as well as delicate notes of liquorice stick and a discreet hint of fresh blond tobacco. Good length.
