The nose is fruity and offers a fine power and a fine concentration. It reveals notes of ripe cassis, ripe blackberry and small notes of small wild red fruits associated with a touch of acidulous berries, hints of violet as well as a discreet hint of liquorice. The palate is fruity, well-balanced and offers an acidulous frame as well as tension. On the palate this wine expresses notes of blackberry, crunchy cassis and small notes of varietals (fern) associated with fine touches of crunchy/green red berries as well as very slight hints of violet, toasted/chocolate. Tannins are well-built.
