Château La Rose Garnier 2018 – Fronsac

Château La Rose Garnier 2018 – Fronsac

The nose is fruity and offers freshness, a small power as well as a fine incisive side. It reveals notes of Boysen berry, cornflower, small notes of small juicy/fresh blue fruits associated with small touches of cherry, crushed raspberry as well as discreet hints of lily and a hint of sense of the place (local biotope). The palate is fruity, well-balanced and offers a fine acidulous frame, sapidity (a fine iodine hint in the background), gourmandize as well as a certain aromatic purity. On the palate this wine expresses notes of crushed raspberry, pulpy blueberry, small notes of cornflower associated with touches of violet as well as a hint of caramelization and a hint of chocolate. Good length. Tannins are precise.
