Château La Rose de Haut Mouschet 2019

The nose is fruity, racy and offers a certain power of the grain. It reveals notes of walnut strawberry, wild cassis and more slightly blackberry associated with small touches of liquorice / star anise, cornflowers as well as a subtle hint of pepper. The palate is fruity, racy and offers an acidulous frame, juiciness, a little tension, a racy grain as well as a little airy side in the approach. On the palate this wine expresses notes of pulpy / juicy blackberry, fleshy cassis and slightly blueberry associated with touches of crushed small red fruits as well as hints of chocolate, fresh blond tobacco and a hint of almond toasted. Good length. A gourmand wine, on the fruit and easy to access.
