The nose is gourmand, well-built and offers a fine elegance. It reveals notes of redcurrant jam, cherry, raspberry and touches of juicy cassis associated with subtle touches of colas as well as a discreet touch of caramelized oak, vanilla and an imperceptible hint of saline minerality (in the background). The palate is fruity, slightly gourmande and offers freshness, a nice mineral frame, a fine acidity, fat, a good definition, precision, finesse as well as a fine suavity. In the mouth this wine expresses notes of juicy blackberry, juicy cassis and fine touches of red cherry, raspberry, toasted oak, licorice associated with a subtle hint of colas, tonka bean (in the background), subtle touches of caramelized oak and vanilla. Tannins are fine and a bit firm. Good length.
