The nose is fruity and offers power as well as a small gourmandize. It reveals notes of cherry, ripe wild strawberry and small notes of blackberry associated with very fine hints of crushed cassis, pepper as well as very discreet hints of spices. The mouth is fruity, well-balanced and offers a juicy/finely acidulous frame as well as minerality. In the mouth this wine expresses notes of cherry, crunchy raspberry and small notes of crunchy raspberry associated with small touches of blackberry as well as a subtle hint of crunchy/juicy cassis. Good length. A hint of toasted almond on the persistence.
