The nose is fresh, racy and offers a certain power, energy as well as a discreetly tight grain. There are notes of black cherry, blackcurrant and slight notes of violet associated with touches of licorice stick as well as hints of lily, pepper and a discreet hint of spices. The palate is fruity, balanced and offers suavity, a nice freshness, minerality, roundness, substance, silky, pulpy, a nice bright/fresh fruit as well as a fine floral side. On the palate this wine expresses notes of pulpy/juicy cassis, bright blackberry and small notes of violet, lily associated with touches of pepper, hints of small tangy/juicy red berries as well as fine hints of liquorice fresh and with a hint of cherry blossom.
