The nose is aromatic, elegant and offers gourmandize. It reveals notes of Bourbon vanilla, blackberry and small notes of juicy cassis associated with touches of fleshy raspberry, crunchy strawberry and slight / discreet touches of rose / flowers (in the background) and a very discreet hint of Sichuan pepper. The palate is fruity, juicy, well balanced, slightly tight and offers elegance, a beautiful minerality, finesse, roundness, gourmandize as well as crunchiness. On the palate this wine expresses notes of juicy cassis, juicy blackberry and crunchy raspberry associated with slight touches of strawberry, cherry, flowers (rose, violet …), subtle touches of caramelization, hazelnut, vanilla as well as a very discreet / imperceptible iodine hint (in the background) and dark chocolate / sweet spices. Tannins are fine, well-built and structuring. Good length.
