The palate is fruity, well-balanced, fine, mineral, elegant and offers tension, straightness, juiciness, gourmandise, a good definition, deepness as well as fat. In the mouth this wine expresses notes of juicy raspberry, juicy redcurrant and crème de cassis associated with a hint of plum as well as touches of chocolate, sweet spicesa nd a slight hint of caramelization (in the background). Tannins are fine, firm and tight. There is a discreet hint of hazelnut on the aftertaste.
