It reveals notes of ripe cassis, ripe blackberry and small notes of ripe small red berries associated with fine touches of tonka bean, hazelnut and caramelization. The palate is fruity, fresh, mineral, well-balanced and offers a good definition, juiciness, a juicy/acidulous frame, a good volume as well as gourmandize. On the palate this wine expresses notes of juicy/fleshy cassis, fleshy/juicy red berries and small notes of raspberry associated with a touch of violet, small black fruits as well as subtle varietal hints and a very discreet hint of Cuben pepper. Good length.
