The palate is fruity, elegant, well-balanced and offers a good definition, juiciness, a fine acidulous frame, precision as well as a fine tension, gourmandize, a good guideline and a fine onctuosity. On the palate this wine expresses notes of pulpy/juicy blackberry, cassis, small notes of raspberry associated with small touches of violet plum as well as fine hints of small crushed red berries, cardamom, violet, liquorice, toasted as well as discreet hints of caramelization and a subtle hint of vanilla. Good persistence. Tannins are elegant and well-built.
