The nose is fruity and offers gourmandize as well as a fine straightness. It reveals notes of blackberry, raspberry and small cassis associated with small touches of violet as well fine hints of liquorice and a very discreet hint of grey pepper. The mouth is fruity, well-balanced and offers a juicy/mineral frame. In the mouth this wine expresses notes of juicy/ripe cassis, juicy/ripe raspberry and small notes of small red berries associated with fine touches of racy minerality, fine hints of crunchy strawberry, rose/iris as well as a very discreet hint of grey and nutmeg. An imperceptible hint of coffee on the persistence.
