Château La Galiane 2015 – Margaux

The nose is fruity and offers a slight minerality (in the background) and a slight intensity. It reveals notes of wild strawberry, redcurrant and slight touches of cassis associated with discreet hints of spices, wood and an imperceptible touch of pepper (in the background). The palate is fruity, well-balanced and offers juiciness, a nice acid frame, minerality, a good freshness, good dynamism as well as a small fat. On the palate this wine expresses notes of juicy redcurrant, juicy raspberry and slight notes of cassis associated with toasted hints as well as a very discreet hint of cocoa on the finish / persistence. Tannins are fine and a bit young. Good length.
