Château la Fleur Peyrabon 2016 – Pauillac, Cru Bourgeois

Château la Fleur Peyrabon 2016 – Pauillac, Cru Bourgeois

The nose is elegant and offers a beautiful finesse of the grain, a fine richness, a small delicacy, a beautiful maturity of the fruit as well as power (but full of finesse). It reveals notes of fleshy blackberry, fleshy Gariguette strawberry and small notes of violet combined with touches of Sichuan pepper, licorice, toasted, vanilla as well as a very discreet touch of blueberry, lily and cardamom. The palate is fruity, well-balanced and offers a beautiful finesse, a good finesse of the grain, delicacy, gourmandise as well as a fine acidulous frame. On the palate this wine expresses notes of fleshy blackberry, fleshy strawberry and small notes of red berries associated with fine touches of liquoricetonka bean, flowers as well as very discreet hints of Timut pepper (in the background) and licorice / blond tobacco. Tannins are elegant and structuring.
