The palate is fruity, well-balanced, slightly tight and offers suavity, tension as well as a slight freshness. On the palate this wine expresses notes of fleshy / juicy blackberry, juicy small red fruits, cassis associated with slight hints of Zan, blond tobacco as well as discreet hints of cassis bud and cardamom (in the background). Tannins are slightly mellow. Chews on the finish.
