Château La Fleur Lauga 2019 – Saint-Julien Cru Artisan

Château La Fleur Lauga 2019 – Saint-Julien Cru Artisan

The nose is fruity and offers some concentration. There are notes of violet, iris and more slightly concentrated blackberry combined with a touch of red berries as well as a hint of blue berries and a subtle touch of pepper. The palate is juicy, tangy and offers fat and roundness. On the palate this wine expresses juicy/pulpy raspberry, tart/pulpy redcurrant and more slightly violet/pink notes combined with hints of lily, a subtle hint of pepper and an imperceptible hint of almost citrus (in the background). Good work on the bitter taste. Fine hints of dark chocolate/mocha on the finish. The tannic structure is finely tight.
