It reveals notes of crushed Boysen blackberry, small blue fruits and small notes of fleshy raspberry associated with small touches of saline, strawberry, cornflowers, crushed blueberry, slight hints of olive tree / sense of the place (local biotop), a hint of gray pepper as well as an imperceptible hint of vanilla and fresh tobacco. The palate is elegant, delicate, well-balanced, racy, full of finesse and offers freshness, a beautiful definition, concentration (full of finesse), a fine richness, a beautiful acidulous frame, a beautiful suavity, tension as well as a beautiful quality of the grain. On the palate this wine expresses notes of pulpy / juicy cassis, pulpy / juicy Boysenberry and small notes of wild small blue fruits associated with touches of wild raspberry, redcurrants as well as hints of lilac, fresh cornflowers, garrigue, discreet hints of chocolate, blond tobacco and an imperceptible hint of vanilla. A beautiful, elegant, complete, stretched and full of control wine!
