Château la Croix de Pez 2015 – Saint-Estèphe

The nose is fruity, aromatic and offers generosity. It reveals notes of blackberry, violet and crushed strawberry combined with touches of ripe black cherry / red as well as hints of liquorice and vanilla. The palate is fruity, well-balanced and offers freshness, a slight mineral frame, a slight juiciness / acidity, a good structure and elegance. On the palate this wine expresses notes of black cherry, crushed raspberry and juicy Boysenberry associated with touches of redcurrant, liquorice stick and subtle hints of spices. Tannins are well-built and elegant. Good length.
