Château La Croix de Nault 2018 – Montagne Saint-Emilion

The nose reveals notes of pulpy cassis, fresh blackberry, small notes of small wild berries associated with fine touches of strawberry as well as a hint of fresh violet, very fine hints of cloves and cuben pepper. The palate is fruity, well-balanced and offers a juicy/acidulous frame, gourmandize, a fine grain as well as tension. On the palate this wine expresses notes of fleshy/pulpy blackberry, raspberry and small notes of cassis associated with touches of crunchy violet plum, violet as well as a subtle hint of mild tobacco, zan and an imperceptible hint of clove. Good length.
