The nose is fruity and offers a fine power. It reveals notes of cassis, small wild berries and more slighly wild strawberry associated with discreet hints of spices. The palate is fruity, mineral, well-built and offers a fine freshness, suavity, fat, a good definition, gourmandize, a beautiful material as well as a mineral frame. On the palate this wine expresses notes of fleshy blackberry, fleshy raspberry and small notes of crushed small wild red berries associated with small touches of cassis, hints of flowers, zan as well as discreet hints of toasted and tonka bean. Tannins are well-built. Good length and good persistence. There is an imperceptible hint of vanilla and almond on the finish/persistence.
