Château La Création 2014 – Pomerol

The nose reveals fine notes of underbrush and cassis associated with slight touches of Boysenberry, small red berries as well as a hint of leather and tobacco. The mouth is fruity, relatively mineral, relatively elegant, a bit gourmande and offers juiciness, an acid frame and a fine freshness. In the mouth this wine expresses notes of juicy blackberry, redcurrant and slight notes of cassis, sour cherry associated with hints of liquorice, toasted wood as well as discreet hints of caramelization and sweet spices. Tannins are fine and well-built. Good length and persistence.
