The nose is fruity, elegant and offers a fine concentration and a racy power. It reveals notes of juicy/fresh wild blackberry, juicy/fresh wild cassis and small notes of juicy/fresh small black fruits associated with fine touches of violet, cornflower as well as discreet hints of cardamom, tonka bean, Cuben pepper and very discreet hints of black tea. The palate is fruity, juicy, well-balanced and offers a beautiful definition, suavity, a fine acidulous frame as well as a beautiful pulpy/acidulous/juicy fruit. On the palate this wine expresses notes of juicy/pulpy cassis, pulpy/juicy blackberry and small notes of pulpy/juicy blueberry associated with fine touches of violet, juicy raspberry as well as very fine hints of chocolate, toasted, tonka bean and an imperceptible hint of nougatine/toasted hazelnut. Tannins are elegant, beautifully built and supple. Good persistence.
