The nose is fruity, fine as well as relatively intense and full. It reveals notes of cherry in kirsch, plum and slight notes of blackberry associated with fine notes of Zan and slight toasted notes / sweet spices. The palate is fruity, gourmand, mineral and offers a beautiful definition, a fruity / acid frame, precision, a good structure and freshness. On the palate this wine expresses notes of blackberry, Quetsche plum and slight notes of raspberry combined with touches of black cherry, licorice and oak / sweet spices. Tannins are fine, well built, elegant and offers a surprising maturity for an EnPrimeur wine. Good length and persistence. Suavity and slight notes of hazelnuts on the finish.
