The nose is fruity and offers a slight gourmandise. It reveals notes of fleshy boysenberry, cassis and small touches of crushed wild strawberry associated with slight notes of spices. The palate is fruity, well-balanced and offers a mineral frame, a slight juiciness as well as a slight freshness. In the mouth this wine expresses notes of fresh blackberry, fresh plum and slight notes of cassis associated with a discreet hint of ripe red fruits, a hint of spices as well as a very discreet hint of licorice, vanilla and a subtle hint of chocolate. Tannins are well-built. Good length. There is a slight drying side on the finish.
