The palate is fruity, fresh and offers elegance, juiciness, a nice definition, a fresh/acidic structure, crispness, delicacy, a nice airiness, thoroughness, floral character, sweetness, crispness, a very nice acidity, a very nice salinity, a nice juiciness as well as a nice classic elegance. On the palate, this wine expresses notes of juicy/fresh blackcurrant, fresh/crisp raspberry and more lightly iris/lys combined with hints of nutmeg, delicate touches of crunchy berries as well as delicate hints of nutmeg, fresh blond tobacco, a subtle hint of salinity and a very discreet hint of toasted almond. There is a subtle hint of fresh liquorice and an imperceptible hint of fresh sap in the background. A nice touch of positive bitterness on the finish/persistence.
