The nose is fruity and concentrated. It reveals notes of candied kumquat, candied mandarine zests and small notes of zests of lemon associated with fine touches of flowers and massepain. The palate is fruity, well-balanced and offers an acidulous frame, a fine tension, a good freshness, suavity, fullness, a fine chased side as well as juiciness. On the palate this wine expresses notes of candied kumquat, candied lemon and small notes of candied mandarine associated with a touch of ripe/sugared pink grapefruit, zests as well as very fine hints of racy minerality (gravels, terroir), fresh exotic fruits as well as a very discreet hint of honey and dry apricot. Good length and good persistence.
