The nose is fruity, elegant and offers power as well as a fine grain. It reveals notes of ripe blackberry, wild raspberry and small notes of cassis associated with fine touches of fleshy/ripe cassis as well as fine hints of Cuben pepper and spices. The palate is fruity, well-balanced and offers juiciness, gourmandize, an acidulous/juicy frame, suavity as well as a good structure. On the palate this wine expresses notes of juicy/gourmand cassis, juicy/gourmand blackberry and small notes of wild strawberry associated with fine touches of crunchy cherry as well as hints of toasted/chocolate and discreet hints of cardamom. Good length. Tannins are structuring and racy.
