Château La Cabanne 2019 – Pomerol

The nose is fruity and offers a small gourmandize, a beautiful finesse of the grain, intensity, a small power and a fine caved side. It reveals notes of wild cassis, ripe/juicy small wild berries, small notes of pepper associated with small touches of spices, cornflower and an imperceptible hint of dry mild tobacco. The palate is fruity, well-balanced and offers a juicy/acidulous frame, a good definition, tension, juiciness as well as a beautiful finesse of the suavity, precision and an aromatic purity. On the palate this wine expresses notes of juicy/pulpy cassis, juicy blueberry, small notes of strawberry associated with touches of violet, violet/crunchy plum as well as fine hints of zan, tea, lily, sweet spices and cocoa. Tannins are well-built. Good length.
