Château La Branne 2021 – Médoc Cru Bourgeois Supérieur

Château La Branne 2021 – Médoc Cru Bourgeois Supérieur

The nose is fruity, precise and offers a fine richness of fruit. There are notes of pulpy cherry, strawberry and, more slightly, juicy blackberry, combined with hints of liquorice, cola and a fine touch of violet, fresh plum and nutmeg. The palate is mineral and reveals fruitiness, juiciness, good definition, a certain gourmandise, fine tension and a fine airiness. On the palate this wine expresses juicy/pulpy blackberry, cherry and more lightly raspberry notes combined with hints of fresh plum, fresh blueberry as well as fine hints of liquorice, nutmeg and a discreet saline quality in the background. Good length. The tannins are fine and supple.
