The nose is aromatic and gourmand. It reveals notes of cassis, strawberry and small notes of cocoa associated with fine notes of juicy berries, blackberries and fine / discreet toasted touches. The palate is fruity, juicy, (very) slightly tight and offers a beautiful acid frame, freshness, a good definition, fat and a fine silkyness. On the palate this wine expresses notes of cherry, ripe raspberry and ripe /juicy redcurrants associated with small touches of cassis as well as subtle toasted touches, a very discreet hint of almond and an imperceptible touch of vanilla (in the background). Tannins are fine as well as (very) slightly firm and tight.
