The nose is fruity, racy and offers a certain gourmandise. There are notes of fresh/juicy strawberry, juicy/acidic redcurrant and slightly fresh blackcurrant combined with hints of racy minerality as well as hints of fresh blond tobacco and fresh rose/violet. The palate is fruity and offers freshness, minerality, acidity, energy and tension. On the palate this wine expresses juicy/fresh cherry, plump redcurrant and slightly fresh strawberry notes combined with hints of fresh flowers/fresh lilies as well as fine hints of fresh blackcurrant, fresh blond tobacco and a hint of racy minerality and a subtle vanilla edge. Tartness, sapidity and a subtle firmness on the finish. The tannins are well-managed, elegant and very discreetly firm.
