The nose is fruity, well-built, racy and offers a fine power / intensity. It reveals notes of ripe / juicy cassis, juicy blackberry and small notes of racy minerality associated with fine touches of violet, small red fruits as well as discreet hints of Cuben pepper and a subtle hint of spices. The palate is fruity, well-balanced, racy and offers an acidulous frame, juiciness, a good definition, a small gourmandise, a small fat as well as a slight straightness. On the palate this wine expresses notes of juicy / ripe cassis, juicy blackberry and small notes of juicy / crunchy raspberry associated with small touches of juicy / acidulous red berries, racy minerality as well as a hint of fresh violet, toasted, vanilla and chocolate. Good length. Tannins are slightly marked. A very fine hint of ripe almond on the persistence.
