It reveals notes of ripe cassis, ripe blackberry and small notes of small wild red fruits associated with hints of liquorice, racy minerality as well as discreet hints of tonka bean and spices. The palate is fruity, well-balanced, harmonious, silky and offers a good definition, juiciness, an acidulous frame, tension, precision, a fine concentration, a good structure, harmony, gourmandize, a small density, power, a fine aerial side as well as a beautiful minerality. Beautiful quality of the fruit ! On the palate this wine expressses notes of ripe wild cassis and small notes of wild small red fruits associated with small touches of ripe/juicy blueberry, liquorice stick, fine hints of fresh violet, iris as well as discreet hints of tonka bean/cocoa, a very discreet hint of vanilla and hazelnut/ripe almond. Good length and good persistence.
