Château Jean Faux – Les Sources 2016 – Bordeaux Supérieur 

The nose is fruity. There are notes of blackberry, blackberry, crushed cassis and fresh/ripe wild strawberry combined with a touch of flowers as well as a touch of coffee, dark chocolate and a discreet hint of caramelized wood. The palate is fruity, juicy, well-balanced, well-balanced and offers a fine juiciness, tension, precision, a good freshness and minerality. On the palate, this wine expresses notes of fresh/ripe red berries, fine notes of fresh wild strawberry and notes of fresh / ripe blackberries combined with a discreet hint of cassis, licorice and a subtle hint of cardamon, Tea and flowers.
