The nose is aromatic, elegant, well-built and offers a slightly tight and fine grain. It reveals notes of crushed blackberry, crushed cassis and more slightly ripe/crushed wild strawberry associated with touches of toasted oak, vanilla as well as discreet touches of sweet spices. The palate is fruity, well-balanced, slightly tight and offers fat, a small suavity, a fine straightness, tension as well as elegance. On the palate this wine expresses notes of crushed blackberry, crushed cassis and more slightly crushed wild strawberry associated with touches of redcurrant, fine hints of otasted oak, caramelization as well as discreet touches of almond, liquorice stick and vanilla. Tannins are well-buitl . Good length. Good gourmandize on the finish.
