Château Jacquinot & Fils Symphonie Rosé Brut 2013

Château Jacquinot & Fils Symphonie Rosé Brut 2013

The mousse is nice. The Champagne has got a nice salmon color, intense and shiny which let some fine bubbles strings appear. The first nose is aromatic with red little fresh fruits like raspberry. We can also feel some mint and plum. With air, we smell cherry, vanilla and flowers like orange blossom. The bubble are intense at the attack. Fresh, this Champagne has got a slight bitterness in the middle of the mouth which persists until the finish. There is a nice acidity bringing red fruits like strawberry and raspberry but also pink grapefruit. We do have some spices like black pepper. The finish is delicate, discrete with flowers and hazelnut notes.
