The nose offers a certain concentration of fruit, freshness, a fine grain as well as a certain velvety. It reveals notes of bright Boysenberry, bright cherry and more lightly crushed / ripe red berries associated with touches of violet, cardamom as well as a discreet hint of green pepper and spices. The palate is fruity and offers minerality, juiciness, a mineral frame, freshness as well as good definition. On the palate this wine expresses notes of juicy / fresh blackberry, juicy / fresh raspberry and more lightly juicy cherry associated with a touch of violet as well as fine hints of tonka bean. Tannins are well developed. A fine flavor on the finish / persistence. Presence of a hint of caramelization on the aftertaste.
