Château Hostens-Picant – Cuvée des Demoiselles 2018 – Sainte-Foy Bordeaux

The nose is fresh, fruity and offers a small minerality. It reveals notes of fresh quince, ripe nectarine and small notes of exotic fruits (pineapple, quenette) associated with small touches of juicy lemon as well as a very discreet hint of suckle honey, flowers and juicy apricot. The palate is fruity, well-balanced, finely tight and offers a good definition,a mineral frame, a small tension, fat, a small fullness as well as suavity. On the palate this wine expresses notes of ripe lemon, juicy vine peach and small notes of quince associated with fine touches of exotic fruits (pineapple, quenette) as well as an imperceptible hint of flowers, acacia and toasted. Good length.
