The palate is fruity, chiseled, well-balanced and offers a beautiful acidulous frame, a beautiful finesse of the grain, a good definition as well as roundness. On the palate this wine expresses notes of lime, juicy / pulpy pear and small notes of acidulous green apple associated with touches of white flowers, lilac, vanilla flowers as well as hints of toast and hazelnut.
