It reveals notes of cassis and crushed boysenberries associated with touches of liquorice, Sichuan pepper, crushed blueberry as well as hints of wild strawberry, racy / minerality / graphite minerality and spices. The palate is fruity, mineral, well-balanced and offers a good suavity, precision, freshness, dynamism as well as a slight acidulous frame. On the palate this wine expresses notes of cassis, fleshy blueberry and small notes of wild strawberry associated with small touches of blackberry, red berries, violet, Zan as well as discreet hints of tobacco, spices and an imperceptible hint of tea / Sichuan pepper.
