The nose is fresh. It reveals notes of silex, apple and slight notes of citrus associated with a hint of fresh/spring flowers, discreet hints of pineapple as well as a subtle hint of mandarin (in the background), a very discreet hint ofzests and an imperceptible hint of pepper. The palate is fruity, juicy, mineral, well-balanced and offers freshness, a nice suavity, an acid frame, a slight roundness as well as a beautiful tension. In the mouth this wine expresses slight notes of lemon, mandarin and slight notes of ripe red apple associated with slight/discreet notes of ripe white fruits (quenette, peach) as well as a discreet hint of racy minerality/terroir.
