The nose is fruity, gourmand, juicy and precise. It reveals notes of juicy cassis, crème de mûre and slight notes of licorice associated with a hint of rosebud, discreet notes of spices (in the background) as well as fine touches of Ceylon tea. The palate is fruity and offers minerality, precision, a nice definition, freshness, tension, a silky matter and a juicy fruit. On the palate this wine expresses notes of juicy cassis and Quetsche plum associated with slight notes of blackberry, a hint of red fruit (strawberry …) and a discreet touch of liquorice (in the background). Tannins are fine and well built. Good length and aromatic persistence.
