The nose is fruity, racy and offers a racy minerality and a fine concentration. It reveals notes of ripe cassis, ripe Boysen berry and small notes of ripe raspberry associated with fine touches of liquorice stick, tonke bean as well as a discreet hint of gray pepper/incense. The palate is fruity, well-balanced, racy and offers a mineral frame, gourmandize, suavity as well as a fine richness/density. On the palate this wine expresses notes of fleshy cassis, fleshy blackberry and small notes of fleshy raspberry associated with touches of small berries, flowers, liquorice, chocolate as well as discreet varietal hints (in the background) and chocolate.
