The nose is fruity, precise and offers a fine fleshiness as well as a small elegance. It reveals notes of fleshy blackberry, fleshy wild strawberry and small notes of fleshy cassis associated with fine touches of Sichuan pepper, cornflower, zan as well as a very discreet varietal hint (in the background). The palate is fruity, well-balanced, elegant, well-built and offers a good definition, juiciness, silkiness, a fine tension, precision as well as an acidulous frame. On the palate this wine expresses notes of fleshy/juicy black cherry, fleshy/juicy blackberry and small notes of juicy/fleshy wild strawberry associated with touches of flowers (cornflower, violet) as well as discreet hints of liquorice, vanilla and chocolate. Tannins are slightly firm. Fine chew on the finish.
