The nose is fruity, elegant, racy and offers a small power, a small intensity as well as a fine grain. It reveals nots of blackberry, black cherry ans small notes of fleshy wild cassis associated with touches of ripe raspberry, wild strawberry, cornflower, violet, hints of liquorice, nutmeg as well as discreet hints of toasted, toasted almond and a very discreet hint of Timet pepper. The palate is fruity, well-balanced, elegant, beautifully gourmand and offers a beautiful definition, a beautiful freshness, a beautiful mineral frame, tension, fullness, dynamism, fleshiness, power as well as a beautiful materail, a beautiful texture and a fine/discreet creaminess. On the palate this wine expresses notes of fleshy raspberry, fleshy blackberry and small notes of crushed plum associated with fine touches of fleshy cassis, liquorice, flowers (cornflower and a very discreet hint of peony) as well as hints of chocolate, toasted and vanilla. Good length and persistence There is a very fine hint of toasted hazelnut, toasted almond and tonka bean on the finish/persistence. A very fine chew on the persistence.
