Château Haut-Breton Larigaudière 2014 – Margaux – Cru Bourgeois

Château Haut-Breton Larigaudière 2014 – Margaux – Cru Bourgeois

The nose is elegant and slight. It reveals notes of blackberry cream and black cherry associated with slight hints of raspberry, cassis, coffee, roasted oak as well as a hint of black tea and cacao. The palate is fruity, mineral, elegant, silky and offers a beautiful definition and tension. In the mouth this wine expresses notes of blackberry, black cherry cream/morello cherry and slight notes of raspberry, cherry associated with hints of chocolate, coffee, caramel and woody hints. Tannins are fine and well-built. Good length. There is a very discreet hint of cinnamon on the finish. The persistence is suave.
