Château Haut-Brana 2020, Pessac-Léognan

Château Haut-Brana 2020, Pessac-Léognan

On the nose, fruity with a certain concentration, generosity of the fruit and a fine potency. It reveals notes of boysenberry, cherry blossoms and touches of small crushed red berries associated with touches of blueberry, bright small black currants and hints of zan, nutmeg and a discreet hint of tea. On the palate, fruity, balanced and offers juiciness, freshness, a little richness as well as a fine tension, roundness, a certain delicacy. The wine expresses notes of pulpy blackberry, fleshy strawberry and more slightly fleshy / fresh cherry associated with touches of cherry blossoms, minerality, fresh raspberry as well as nuances of fresh lilac, zan and a subtle hint of spices. The tannins are well developed and finely mellow. Good length.
