The nose is fruity and offers a small deepness as well as a fine power. It reveals notes of crushed wild cassis, ripe wild blackberry, small notes of crushed wild strawberry associated with a touch of fleshy/crushed violet plum as well as hints of violet, chocolate and very fine hints of vanilla pod. The palate is fruity, well-balanced and offers a juicy/mineral frame, a certain gourmandize, a fine richness, concentration and a fine tension. On the palate this wine expresses notes of cassis cream, fleshy/crushed blackberry, small notes of crushed strawberry associated with touches of chocolate, violet, cornflower as well as hints of nutmeg, cardamom and crushed almond. Good length.
